Listen I want a refund for the 2 times I took the CT Life Producer test without accommodations. I failed by 6 points and 4 points, respectively. I got everything practice question right when my partner was quizzing me. You have medical documentation of my disability.

I have used,
"Dear Honorable Recipient ".
It is in line with what I need to do and is usually very well received.
Due to nature of work, I have also used "Your Excellency" , instead of Dear Sir or Madam, as SOP, depending on who is recieving.
