I don't understand dude. Like. In user experience design rule 0 is your buttons do what they say. You want notifications? Turn em on and you get them. Not turn em on and some space alien algorithm mysteriously decides your fate

YouTube representatives have admitted that they feel that if you get too many notifications, even if you select to, then that’s not what you want. It was a news story shared by some content creators a few months ago
