Also then, what is the "Opinion"? That Alex has news crews covering rallies and protests across the nation? And by an armed extension of the code of conduct he is supposed to be reprimanded for being attacked by Antifa? This is stupid, rhetoric.

I will tackle this a tad later today when I am a bit more rested. I have read all of what you said and some things I am right there with you. I will expand on this later but I am not a fan of YT at all. I just need some more rest before tackling this.

Okay, so YT. It's a pile of shit. You bring up hypocrisy of them. Their hypocrisy targets everyone. From before Google bought YT to present day. Being trans & small time creator I have first hand experience of their hypocrisy. No group, person, etc is safe from their hypocrisy.

I saw on Twitter last night H3H3 has their podcast shut down by YT. No one is safe from this and legally they are permitted to do this because of a decision in 1996. It's possible that without the decision that was made, in 1996 we would not have the options we have now though.

What is interesting about monopolies is so long as they do not to some very specific actions they are legal to exist. Please correct me if I am wrong in understanding but your reference to tax breaks is the idea that the government has influence/control over the companies.

To comment towards this I would say no. Only because I recently learned of something called Soft Censorship. This is a 100% legal way for the government to influence business to change policy through, well, peer pressure.

This soft censorship can also come from other businesses and not just the government. Again, still 100% legal. It's very much food for thought. It's unknown if the government did do this soft censorship here.

I will point out here on Twitter Alex Jones has not been banned. They reviewed his tweets twice. First time they said no, they are fine. Second time they said yes they violate the ToS but we are not banning him. Twitter's legal right to do this.

When it comes down to his options it's simple and hard. He is not banned from the internet. He can still find and/or create places to post his material. Video, written, audio, all are still possible, just need to find where to do it.

At this point I have kept my personal opinion of him out and focused on the law side of things. The law has protected every decision made by the private companies and their choices to deal with him. My personal view coming;

I wished he lived in a different country, say Canada (mine) where there is a chance that he could have been arrested, charged and maybe see gaol (jail) or prison time.
