You say circumvention as if it was done against a "legal entity." When in fact Big Tech are all corporations funded by tax breaks, even all the way to Silicon Valley. Don't give the ToS argument and not expect the repercussions an editorial board is expected to face for this..
When it comes down to his options it's simple and hard. He is not banned from the internet. He can still find and/or create places to post his material. Video, written, audio, all are still possible, just need to find where to do it.

At this point I have kept my personal opinion of him out and focused on the law side of things. The law has protected every decision made by the private companies and their choices to deal with him. My personal view coming;

I wished he lived in a different country, say Canada (mine) where there is a chance that he could have been arrested, charged and maybe see gaol (jail) or prison time.
