You can make sure you have a working thermometer, & if u can a pulse oximeter. They have them at walmart for $20. Keep a reasonable amount of groceries, & necessities in the house. A few can goods etc, in case your area gets hit & can be out less. I keep ingredients on hand for

What do to at the individual level is missing the point. By all means do it, but individual actions are linear (cut your risk in half). Collective action is needed to defeat the exponential.
