2/ The last person has been moderately "the economy is good" pro-Trump, as has their org. The doc is in a frontline state and worried not only about PPE, gear, facilities, but about how much longer the docs, nurses, and support staff can go at this pace.

5/ I'd rank him as very pessimistic about the systemic ability at least in his state to handle the coming wave of cases. The legislator is from a state with relatively lower impacts SO FAR but says even their case load is already taxing their nonprofit hospitals.
