        If purchasers of 'Intel Inside' hardware don't have legal claims against the the retailer they bought their kit from (in the UK) or Intel itself - why not? Surely this is covered by (UK again) Consumer Rights Act https://www.which.co.uk/consumer-rights/regulation/consumer-rights-act … - and you can't sign legal rights away.
