i believe there's no other company on the globe that understands less how moves like this are perceived by the public and how it destroys trust. i'm absolutely convinced they killed win10 mobile themselves because of this inability. they themselves are the only ones to blame

i remember how puzzled i was when i tried warn an MS-employee on twitter in early days how publishing apps only or earlier for iOS & Android was a disastrous message they sent to the world and he did'nt get it, just kept telling me he could see nothing wrong about it
