I think this is more of a "keeping our options open" than anything else. Having Jinyu there is just a placement in case later they want to involve them in a greater way and it won't feel out of place. Excited as hell to hear that though. I love the Jinyu!

So far all the island expedition crews are themed around playable races (the sole exception is a single high elf in the Jaina's Angels crew, the rest being a human and a night elf). So it would be strange to add two NPC race teams only to the Alliance.
