Correction: Gowdy didn’t resign. He announced he won’t seek re-election. He resigned from a committee. Oversight, I think. I can’t remember. Not running again but serving out his term - unless he pulls a Chaffetz and bails.

Sort of. Sort of not. The premise of the memo is that the application didn’t disclose who paid for the dossier and how Dems were behind it. The memo doesn’t touch on what actually WAS in the app (which allegedly was likely to be 30+ pages).
