    BREAKING: Moyane has asked for the Nugent Inquiry to be discontinued or stayed "pending the outcome of the Disciplinary Inquiry" into him. He wants "all the evidence of the past three days be expunged from the record, as it was obtained under a huge cloud of unlawfulness".
