Cis dude friends, you might try using this in work meetings. Of course things vary greatly across sectors and teams and etc but I wonder if it might not be illuminating.

Most of my meetings are all women. And I’m usually the one talking while my team stares, so I get nervous and talk faster. It’s a vicious cycle.

Yeah, I'm a cis man with a facefull of beard and all that, but I wouldn't count on my voice being low enough for software to guess gender.
