#marginsci I attempted to get in touch multiple times with people on the committee to include Disabled folx included in the

diversity statement and not only got no reply but was ridiculed by people who told me "you can't expect every group to be rep

-resented"& questioning how Disability could b part of one's identity, but we make up a huge portion of the science community
