    You can choose to believe that getting older, or having kids, or working a demanding job means inevitably letting yourself go. Or you can choose to clean up your diet and spend a few hours in the gym each week.

    Introverted doesn't mean shy. And extroverted doesn't mean talkative. There can be talkative introverts. There can be shy extroverts. It all comes back to energy. Do they feel more energized around people or do they need time to recharge by themselves? That's the difference

    "I'm tired." "I feel like I've got no energy." "I have zero motivation to do anything." Correct. Because you are focusing on those thoughts Shift your focus. Get up and move Start doing something. Anything Your mood and energy will pick up. Suddenly, you'll have motivation

    Many of the problems of our day come down to one thing: People refuse to be uncomfortable. Even for a moment. Bored? Phone. Not wandering, creative thought. Mildly offended? Censorship. Not thick skin. Overweight? Acceptance. Not action.

    Powerbuilding combines powerlifting & bodybuilding. I prefer this approach because it breaks my workouts up: The “fun” is the heavy lifts. I get to test myself with these every week. The “work” is the isolation lifts. The results of these are seen outside the gym. 💪

    Constantly seeking that which puts you in a place of comfort is only going to soften you. Operating OUTSIDE your comfort zone is where your growth happens. Take discomfort as a challenge and conquer it. Running away from that does you no good.

    CREATINE 👇 I agree with Chris, everyone should probably take it. 3-5g daily Do not overcomplicate this. Take it at any time, before/after workout, does not matter.

    If you want improve your health, hang out with people who care about their health. For a better marriage, hang out with men and women who unconditionally love their spouse. Same with money, time management, life goals, friendships, parenthood, spirituality. It’s powerful.

    Things you need to know: There is no "best" time to workout. Just the time that you can do consistently. There is no "best" diet. Just the diet that you can do consistently. There is no "best" training schedule. Just the schedule you can do consistently. Be consistent.

    You should take creatine. Your parents should take creatine. Even if you don’t lift or exercise. Why? 1. Creatine helps the body build muscle. As you age, muscle diminishes. Any boost helps. 2. Creatine may have cognitive benefits 3. It’s heavily researched and very cheap
