Murphy is making a real gamble that her contempt of congress isn't going to land her in the pokey.
Given the history is she taking that much of a gamble? (This is the problem with letting people get away with contempt of Congress in the past.)
It’s always “next steps”. Subpoena her and then assert inherent contempt if she doesn’t comply.
