The health benefits of circumcision outweighs the risks. Leaving the decision to your one year old sounds like shirking responsibility.

Do you know anything about who pays for medical research. Like the research of any medications you take? Probably not as you would ignore that side.

No it's not don't be stupid, we send our children to school because it benefits them in the future. As a child we may not want to go to school but as adults I bet we're all thankful we did, no child should have any religion or religious tradition forced on them.

Parents make decisions 4 kids all the time, they teach them & raise them with values. Be they conservative or liberal, capitalist or socialist, even religious or irreligious Every parent passes these things to their kids But also ur talking about banning Xmas that’s ridiculous

Legally you have complete decision making over your child until the age of 16 medically and in others it is at the age of 18

Not strictly true, if authorities differ with parents' decision on child welfare grounds. As happens in my (medical) profession on occasion.

Circumcision hasn’t harmed anybody for centuries, I think the whole debate is false and probably a straw man argument. What is actually wrong with circumcision medically or otherwise ? Is piercing the noses or ears or any other part of the body wrong?

Foreskin exists to serve a useful purpose. It reduces friction during sex and also protects the glands, the most sensitive part of the penis, from being de-sensitized. By removing the foreskin a person foregoes these benefits.

I think it's safe to say that if you were born with a physically normal body everything is there by design and shouldn't be mutilated!
