If YTA shows >4k hours of watch time in the past 12 months and 1k subscribers total then you received the email in error. Sorry for the confusion! So long as you meet the threshold by the Feb 20th date, you won’t be removed from YPP.
Still I don't find it good sense I'm partner for past 7-8 years if my partnership get removed I will stop making videos on YouTube then

that’s exactly what it is coming down to... YouTube wants to eliminate the bad actors as they say... but if you really have been working for the past 7-8 years why don’t you have 1k subs and over 4K hours of watch time... YouTube wants creators who actually create consistently
