Boy, that federal/state response looks nonexistent but that’s how your government works when it’s owned by corporate interests. Big respect to the man in the video. He’s doing amazing work.

The national guard is there. A short time after the storm hit governor Beshear had called numerous agencies to help in rescue efforts. Fema will be there tomorrow. Just because you don't see them in this pic doesn't mean there aren't there.
