Minimalism is also pretty ableist. I’m a neurodivergent creative and If I can’t see my tools they get deleted from my mind. Even a fridge is a problem because I can’t see my food! If you can hack it, fine! But dear god it shouldn’t be the design gold standard.

Before I mute this: Mental illness and neurodivergence are DIFFERENT things! Minimalism can help with anxiety and holding it up as the standard for functional adult living spaces can still be ableist to neurodivergent folks! Take a breather guys!
