  3. It's easy to support evidence-based policymaking when you think that all the evidence backs up your opinions. But people who REALLY support it accept contradictory evidence that refutes their argument, and then change their opinions to fit that evidence.

    2/ As hard as it is to lose loved ones to suicide, one's personal experiences do not make facts incorrect. These are not my facts. They come from the Federal gov's database. Houston and Chicago are indeed two major cities in America but they do not tell a full picture of the US.
