Currently, public sub counts are abbreviated in most but not all places across YouTube. In August, we’ll make this more consistent by always showing abbreviated sub counts publicly. "Third parties that use YouTube’s API Services will also access the same public facing counts you see on YouTube." This is where you're REALLY messing up. If you gimp Socialblade like you did a few years ago when you made them delete YEARS of data, you're moving backwards again.

What did happen with the old SocialBlade data? I remember it used to go back to 2010-12 for most channels, but now it typically only goes back to 2016. All this time I thought it was Socialblade's decision to delete it, but did it actually have to do with YouTube?

I read that it had to do with some EU privacy law they passed that unfortunately required Socialblade to delete all data more than 2 years old
