This appears to be his observation of the littering by immigrants where he goes fishing - did you dispute? "Litter is an issue, but it’s not the most troubling source of water pollution" Sorry but plastic trash etc is far worse than nitrogen and phosphate.

Is he taking a sample of who is littering? How is he determining litter that is left behind by immigrants vs. citizens vs tourists? How is he determining who the immigrants are?

Are you guys kidding? I am an avid angler at 4mile run and various other places along the Potomac. Tucker is correct our immigrants leave trash everywhere up and down the river. They steal stocked trout right out of Lake Accotink stream. Get aggressive and threatening when you

explain the rules to them. Wade out in to 4mile at night during summer youll have beer bottles thrown at you from the Alexandria side. You are constantly walking into large clusters of them using drugs in the woods/public areas along our waterways. Fletchers cove is disgusting
