There actually already has an agreed-upon definition for what are reasonable accommodations
Not to brag or anything, but my mom was the plaintiff in Fowler v. New York State Board of Law Examiners, which established extra test time as a reasonable accommodation. :)

I still love the story: She's diagnosed with dyslexia, so she requests double time to take the Bar Exam under the recently-passed ADA, and is denied. So what does she do? Sue the Bar and win, of course.
