Let's just accept the horrible truth: literally the only way Flash will ever be brought to HTML5 is by WASMing an entire copy of Windows XP containing an entire copy of Firefox containing an entire copy of the Flash plugin. This is our fate. Nothing we can do will prevent this.
Or, alternatively, @autodesk could pay me, @bart_muzzin , Mike Antonov, and @abolgar an eye-watering sum of money to add the last remaining Flash features to Scaleform

Actually the last version of Scaleform could be compiled in wasm (via emscripten) and thus, you could run flash content from html5 without a plug-in. I'd still accept the eye water money though...
