I ended up going to bed half an hour after the outage started, and now that I've woken up, the 'net seems back up. In the future, what am I supposed to do if there's an extended outage outside of customer service hours? Just suck it up and deal with it?

You can call us 24/7 to inform us about outages. If you call us after the customer service hours you just need to wait and you will be connected to a person where you can report the outage. Kind regards Fredrik
