"Just ignore it", says the school administrator who clearly has never been bullied before, because had they been, they would realize that just ignoring it doesn't make them stop. They change tactics, find other angles, until they find the button to press that *does* break you.

Then they push that button, they push it over and over again, as often and as hard as they can, in order to try to get you even more ostracized than you already are. Because psychopaths and sociopaths don't magically become so in adulthood. But it's uncomfortable to admit that.
