@NeuroRebel I'm curious enough to be #AskingAutistics, has anyone ever done any studies on whether or not people on the autism spectrum are more likely to be on the LGBT spectrum as well? My gut feeling tells me yes, but I have zero proof to back this up.
I mean, confirmation bias like a madman here, but I know I'm not straight, and the majority of my friends on the spectrum aren't either, so...
It may be that knowing you're autistic increases your chances of pursuing self-reflection and internal analysis which in turn increases the likelihood of realising you're not cis and/or straight.

It might be something that could be explored over the course of this research (from what I gather, it's a preliminary/exploratory survey to worl out further areas to study with regards to autistic experiences of sexuality/gender/romance).
