So, yesterday at the local Systembolaget, I got to see a shifty-looking man do a runner with a single can of Guinness, while the cashiers looked on in astonishment and were literally calling to him, "We see you, you know" (in Swedish of course).
Every time I looked in the dude's direction when I was in the store, I thought he looked like he was about to steal something. Wide-eyed, more interested in people than things on shelves, obviously attracting more attention by not trying to attract attention.
And it occurs to me, just how crap of a thief do you have to be when someone who is literally autistic can spot the fact that you plan to steal something?
