Haven't asked around yet. Still seeking help for my possible undiagnosed case of ADHD. One thing at a time. But from what I've read, the majority of surgeons worldwide (outside of Thailand) are reluctant to help those looking to go 100% smooth but wanting to present as male.
I see. Per WPATH SoC v7, "real life experience" has become "living in a gender role congruent with your identity" (needn't be binary or normative), but they do require a year of HRT. And of course some countries are actually much more conservative than SoC... Good luck.
