@traxswe shouldn't be getting up from dinner to deal with hotel staff being jerks in interactions with a con-goers. The entire plan was to *tell* him and Fred, let them deal with it in their own time, and tell the friend, "Staff are told, it'll be taken care of eventually"Näytä tämä ketju
All I wanted, from the start, was to be *listened* *to*. If my venting doesn't merit immediate action, great, don't take any! If it doesn't merit *any* action, fantastic! But *listen* to concerned con-goers. Because heaven knows most won't speak up when something goes wrong.
