If it’s like every convention I’ve ever been to… Visit the Dealer Room for some overpriced swag, retire to the bar and check out the program for talks you want to see; see them. Retire back to bar between talks, make conversation with people while in the bar. Eat at some point
Fortunately, the Dealer's Den at #NordicFuzzCon typically involves people selling cool things for remarkably decent prices. As for making conversation with people, I used to be rather extroverted for a dude with autism, but those days are gone. 2015 destroyed my self-confidence.

I just kind of figure, who would want to talk to me, especially a furry? I can't draw, I code. I don't work for Mojang anymore. I'm working for a different company on a title I can't yet talk about. So that leaves being at the bar: but why not get liquored up at home instead?

Why wouldn't a furry want to talk to you? You're at FuzzCon, you kind of have to be furry friendly, just being there. You aren't what you do, you are who you are and what you like. Ask questions (not overly personal ones), people love to talk about themselves, let them!
