I love working in an office where if I can't sleep, it's a 20min commute and I can get an early start on the day's work. Technically "core hours" are from 10 to 15, but my teammates are cool folks, and okay with heading out like 30 minutes early if one has been there since 5:30.

I'm trying to imagine about being unable to sleep (like after waking up after sleeping some time), but I can't because never have such issues with sleeping (not that I wouldn't not have other issues related to sleeping)
