Does anyone know how to pan-fry mushrooms? My BF wants fried mushrooms on his burger but I've never done so before, as I think mushrooms are the devil's bellends. Slice thinly, put them in a pan of oil, flip regularly, done? Or something more?

I don't like cooked mushrooms either. My wife does but I haven't learned the secrets of cooking em yet. XD
