In my opinion, it's a phenomenal game, but VERY "Early Access". There are a lot of things that can be improved, though the core kernel of an amazing game is there. The fact that it has modding support already is fantastic.
That said, there's kind of a dearth of design at the moment. With no stamina mechanic and only a handful of things to do per day, your average day settles into a pretty predictable routine: Water plants, harvest plants, harvest livestock products, find bugs/fish to sell.
Having said all that, I feel it's still worth buying, if not for what it is now, but to support the developers and ensure that they can afford to make it what I know it has the potential to become. And if 20 EUR is too steep for you, I will personally buy you a copy.
