Agreed on all four points. Even the most open-minded drop-down lists never seem to have my preferred "male-presenting internal-agender".
It's like, for convenience's sake I prefer to be "one of the dudes", but I prefer to have a loving mental connection with someone than bother with the traditional idea of sex, and would rather have nothing at all going on crotch-wise. Can't really fit that in a drop-down UI/UX.
