@thynnmas It occurs to me that you'd be awesome at contributing to MAME, but the amount of legacy and WTF-code would probably give you an aneurysm.

Just tested something, and it would appear that when I resize I don't update my fbo reference in the final copy, so I basically blit from uninitialized texture memory. Oops.
Weird that the uninit'd memory seems to have valid texels rather than being complete garbage. I guess it makes sense though if the driver re-uses the most recently used area of VRAM that fits.
