I think it's a mismatch between FBO and backbuffer size, and my post-shader is doing weird things. Also I'm not clearing the backbuffer before writing to it. But that's an old-ish thing, not really working on it right now so this is all wild conjecture.

Just tested something, and it would appear that when I resize I don't update my fbo reference in the final copy, so I basically blit from uninitialized texture memory. Oops.
