As far as I'm concerned, @UPS can go to hell. Their customer support rep refused to explain where 126 SEK of this 250 SEK fee is coming from, claiming because it's "customs fees" they don't need to explain it.

Apparently they also don't have to explain why they're using a word like "utläggersersättning", which LITERALLY DOES NOT EXIST, in order to obfuscate where these fees are coming from. So I guess I don't need to explain why it'll be a cold day in hell before I ship with them again
