I'm genuinely shocked at how usable Linux is on the desktop these days. I've got Ubuntu 17.10 running in a VM and was able to get Telegram, Spotify, kvIRC, and FileZilla installed within minutes through the graphical software manager.
Not that I've ever had any particular issues with Linux, I mean I remember running Fedora on a spare box 13 years ago, and using it to run a home NAS, and also using it to cross-compile Nintendo 64 test code. Just saying, it's gotten even better over the years.
Ubuntu 17.10? Am I crazy or... why do I think as Ubuntu 14.x being the most recent version of Ubuntu, or do I not have any idea on what I'm talking about?
