That's just 2/10 on the "how hard is PayPal going to screw you over" scale, fortunately - it will almost certainly pass quickly. It gets really bad when they start demanding documentation of what you're receiving the donations for... that can easily take a week.
Oh good. I went to withdraw the pledges and PayPal wants an additional 24 hours to review the transaction for "security purposes". Let's do that. Let's do JUST. THAT.
