Just to digress, can I just say that this is *exactly* how a game Kickstarter should be run? They've got a mostly-finished product that just needs some polish and some dosh for manufacturing. It's a breath of fresh air in a world of pie-in-the-sky BS crowdfunding campaigns.
Dude, if you can, back it! I'm in for 85 quid. It isn't every day that you see a team putting together something that could *easily* be released alongside other commercial titles in the 90's!
I'm going to have to pick up a Megadrive off Tradera at some point, granted, but it seems like a worthwhile investment to play it how it's meant to be played. :-)
