anyone else in their late 20s or older and feeling like you're stuck in a liminal space between kidhood and adulthood bc you don't and/or can't adhere to societal expectations of what adults are supposed to be but you feel more and more disconnected from literally all age groups

Move to Stockholm and become a furry, the folks here are markedly more sane and approachable than almost anyone I met during my life in the US (though they'll swear up and down that they're not)
It helps that Swedes are generally not social people to begin with, so the average party of ~20 furs cutting loose here largely resembles a party of ~20 normal people at a party elsewhere, except across a wider age range
