Honestly the more I look at this, the more it just looks like bait; It's copied from Facebook FFS. Who does that except if they want attention? Let's just not give it to them guys :/ We know most of us aren't the issue, there are shitty people in every fandom.

Oh no, you're 100% correct. I live in the US, & I've watched it devolve into a cesspool of drama. My discord server which is composed of 90% European & otherwise furries is MUCH better, & far more enjoyable, even though most of them are much younger than me.
Oh yeah, most of the furs here in Stockholm are younger than me as well. But at the same time, many of the people organizing @NordicFuzzCon are in their 40's and 50's. Fredrix and Mickel are wonderful folks. :-)
