I'd like to think that one of the intended life lessons in Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure is that everyone can learn, you just need to find the right way to teach them.

I dunno. Unless you're talking about a hypothetical person who literally lacks the mental ability to learn, it still comes down to not teaching in the right way. Not that having a custom-tailored learning environment per-person is doable, but ideally...
