Just finished watching the movie Okja. If there's any movie which could be close to making me vegan it's that! Other than the super pig it's very based in reality. Sadly with sensory issues a vegan diet isn't an option, which does really suck...

I sympathize. I have sensory issues as well, and certain textures I just can't handle. Mushrooms are right out, and that "Oumph!" stuffs makes me shudder.
Can confirm sensory issues get better over time, though. I'm at my partner's parents' place celebrating Christmas (again, now that his brother's not at his fiancee's family's place), and I'm *screaming* internally from the noisy kids and noisy toys. But I'm holding it together.
