Haha, as awesome as it is that the officially licensed product is being preserved, I was actually thinking of the series of entirely unlicensed POPstation-brand handheld games; bearing such titles as Street Fighter / City Fighter / Street Overlord / et cetera.
Given that they're just complex enough to possibly not be just a state machine in an ASIC, I wouldn't be surprised if they could be emulated were one able to be sent off to "Sean Riddle" of the Bannister forums for acid decapping and microscope photographing. No guarantees.
