Maybe I'm weird, but I don't care what pronoun a person chooses, I will use the pronoun they tell me to. Your preferred pronoun is dzqphzbnt? Then I will use dzqphzbnt. How otherwise stress-free must a person's life be to get offended at the pronouns that *other* people choose?

When you're not a native speaker it gets complicated when the chosen pronoun is plural...

If you're talking about "they/them", it's been totally valid and acceptable to use them in a gender-neutral singular form for hundreds of years.
