The fact that @Tradera went above and beyond to e-mail me a reasonable explanation as to why I'll need to contact customer service during business hours is one of the many reasons why I will happily choose Tradera over eBay any day of the week.
I wouldn't really classify getting a mysterious error when I go to purchase something a "bad buying experience", since technically I'm not actually getting to the "buying" stage.

And (last self-reply, I promise), really, it's something that could happen to anyone. Sometimes websites have technical issues, who knows why.
