That and the fact that, knock on wood, I've literally never had a bad buying experience so far with Tradera. One of the few times I used eBay I didn't even get sent the right power cable. A power cable, for Pete's sake.

The fact that @Tradera went above and beyond to e-mail me a reasonable explanation as to why I'll need to contact customer service during business hours is one of the many reasons why I will happily choose Tradera over eBay any day of the week.

I wouldn't really classify getting a mysterious error when I go to purchase something a "bad buying experience", since technically I'm not actually getting to the "buying" stage.
