@Tradera Why the hell can I suddenly not buy anything on Tradera?

I wouldn't be surprised if I tripped some kind of security measure since it's admittedly unusual for someone to start dropping a bunch of cash on handheld games, but it's not good customer service to silently ban/block someone with no way to resolve it outside business hours.
Especially, for that matter, without sending me any kind of e-mail to inform me of it, if I am in fact blocked.

About the only thing I can think of is that JaponSpel got cranky when I erroneously messaged them to point out that MAME is an emulator and so there's no such thing as a "Mame Game", not realizing that they meant the Japanese word for "bean". But that doesn't seem ban-worthy.

No offense, but I'm not going to have a nice evening without this issue resolved, and it's shockingly tone-deaf to wish me one. How is it that Tradera can apparently afford to have people checking Twitter after hours but not manning a customer service chat?
